I know I am a couple of months late on the “New Years'” weight loss resolution, but I have decided that I am finally ready to start on my health journey. To do this, will take a lot of work personally. A lot of discipline, and support. It will also be easier with a daily fitness planner. I have created one that I think will help me stay on track, eat better, work out more, and get more sleep. All the things I really need.
I have 4 servings of fruit (about 1/2 cup per serving), 5 servings of veggies (about 1/2 cup per serving), 8 8oz. glasses of water, places to write goals, your focus, notes, food log, sleep log, your overall intake of carbs, proteins, fats, and calories. These may be hard to track – so I recommend an app like My Fitness Pal to help you. This one is free and works so well! You can even scan food with a barcode to add it. (and this is not sponsored – I just really love the app).
DAILY FITNESS PLANNER PRINTABLE
Being accountable for myself is the first step to a healthier lifestyle. It will be rough. I love sweets – so cutting those almost completely out will be a process – but I know I can do it. What are some things you need to work on? What are things you want to change? That is what the goals and focus area is for so you can see it and work on it each day. It doesn’t have to be different. Keep it there until you get it.
