The new year always brings new determination for me to eat healthier and try and become more fit. With that being said, I love having smoothies for breakfast. I wanted a good collection of smoothies to pick from so that I could “mix” it up from day to day so I have put together this list of 90+ Healthy Smoothie Recipes, which include delicious smoothies and smoothie bowls. I also wanted to share our favorite smoothie recipe today. This Green Berry Smoothie is easy to make and you can even put the ingredients in a baggie and freeze them so you can just grab, blend and go for a quick nutritious breakfast.
Green Berry Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 1-2 cups of 1% milk (depending on how runny you want it)
- 1-2 cups of 100% apple juice (depending on how runny you want it)
- 1 cup of strawberry yogurt
Add all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a small dollop of whip cream and some berries on top. This is the perfect way to start the day (or great for an afternoon snack)! Wanting to try a variety of different smoothies?
