Happy New Year! It is that time where you are feeling motivated and ready to kick some butt! I want to do it too. I am ready to get my body back into shape and feel better, look better and be better for my kids and family. Like most people, I
am feel like I am busy 24 hours a day and that I don’t have time to fit in anytime for exercise. This is just an excuse. I can make time – I am going to make time. And so can you! The great thing about these 15 minute exercise routines is that they are short. The hard part is that they are usually non-stop so that your body gets all the elements it needs in order to make a change.
I am hoping to make a lot of changes in 2017, so I don’t want to overwhelm myself and feel like I can’t do any of it. I am going to start small and work hard at a few things and add more as I go. That is why I have found a bunch of different 15-minute exercise routines, and I am going to do a different one each day and find a routine that will work for me and then stick to it.
