I have been making excuses for a long time about getting back into shape but I have decided that it is high time for me to drop all of the crap and to just face this head on. I want to be healthier, fitter and stronger- and I have set goals for myself that I want to achieve. It has been a few years since I had my last baby, but I am still sporting the “mom pooch” and dealing with things like having a weak pelvic floor and peeing a little during things like laughing too hard, sneezing or doing exercises that involve jumping/running. I just learned that even though these are common problems, they don’t have to be things I live with every day. There is a way to fix them and with the help of the Abs, Core and Pelvic Floor program I know that it is going to be doable. I can’t wait to share with you all of the things I have learned so far!

How the Abs, Core and Pelvic Floor Program is changing my life

Going into this program, I thought I knew a lot about my post-baby body. Things like my “mom pooch”, Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor, and incontinence. I know that these things are hard to live with and cause so many problems from health issues to body issues like back pain, LBL and more. I thought that it was what it was, and there was nothing I could do to change it. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading through the program and doing the workouts for the corresponding weeks. Some of the things that have stood out to me are learning about why I am experiencing back pain frequently, how I can strengthen my body so I don’t have to deal with LBL, and getting rid of my mom pooch. Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor is made for women who are 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. It can help at any age, at any stage. It is a 30-day program for women who want to make a change and you can do it all from the comfort of your home on the floor!

Along with the exercises, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the educational material. It answered so many of my questions about things I have been wondering for years and has given me a solution for each of them so that I can get my life back and be able to do the things I want when I want. In addition to the great printable program, you will also get access to videos that will further assist in understanding the exercises and how to engage each muscle. These have been great and now I know the exercises well enough to do on my own anytime. If all of this wasn’t enough to get me started and help me get through the first 30 days, the Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor program also comes with some bonus information on nutrition. I know that eating right and exercise are two things that I need to do and I am super excited to have Natalie help me through it all. Learn more about the Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor program and what it can do for you!

This is so awesome, good for you!! We had a doctor come into our office today and he taught us all about the importance of taking care of your posture, so that’s something I’m working on!

I am so bad about being motivated to workout. I need to have a partner, I wonder if this program would be like that for me.
