These fun little sausage bombs are easy to make and a huge hit with kids. They are great to make ahead and heat up on busy mornings.
Easy Dinner Meal Ideas

This is one we make over and over because we love it so much. I can make this in about 30-40 minutes depending on if I have fresh or frozen chicken. It’s healthy and delicious. It’s also easy to change the sauce if you don’t want teriyaki. Stir-fry sauce, Sweet and Sour, and others are also great.

This is another one we make a lot. It is similar to lasagna but without all of the extra work. And it tastes freaking amazing. This is hands down one of our favorite Italian night dinners. Serve with salad and garlic bread for the perfect meal.

If you are looking for a healthier dinner idea, these chicken taco avocados are great! My whole family loves them. It is a great alternative to using tortillas or taco shells.

This is a great meal that all generations love. These hamburger patties (made a special way) are cooked in a gravy and then served over mashed potatoes.

Tacos are one of our favorite foods. When you add in black beans and cook them on the griddle to make them crispy – it reaches a whole new level of deliciousness.

This delicious comfort food is one of my kids’ favorites! Packed with a creamy sauce, chunks of potato, and crumbles of bacon. And don’t forget the cheese…mmmm….so delicious. Great with freshly baked rolls and a salad!

Looking for a healthy dinner idea? Fish and sauteed veggies are always a simple way to have that. I love to alternate between green beans or asparagus. Both are great. You can also serve with sauteed squash/zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and a number of other great vegetables.
I hope this helps you get some meals planned for this week and takes some stress off of you. We really love all of the recipes here. Have suggestions for others? I would love to hear what your favorites are! Leave a comment below.
