Best Stuffed Omelet Recipe {+ how to make an omelet}

Best Stuffed Omelet Recipe {+ how to make an omelet}

If you like eggs, Omelets are something that you probably love to eat…notwithstanding that it gives you a great excuse to have bacon 😉 I love adding ingredients into the eggs as it cooks – this not only gives you more substance to your omelet, but it also infuses the flavor of what you are adding into.

NOTE: For this particular omelet, I took a small amount of butter (like 1/8-1/4 of a stick, depending on how many vegetables you want to saute) and put it in the pan first, then added all of the vegetables that I wanted to put inside of the omelet. I let them cook over low-med heat until tender (takes about 5 minutes) then I put them in a bowl and used the same pan to cook the omelet.

Best Stuffed Omelet Recipe {+ how to make an omelet}1 – Take three eggs (or more or less if you wish – but 2 or 3 is standard) and beat them for about 10 seconds until yolks are blended with the whites. (you can also take the yolks out and just do an egg whites omelet if you want to be more healthy).2- Heat small 6-8″ frying pan over medium heat and spray with non-cook spray. Pour beaten eggs into pan.

Making an omelet is fun and this is a great way to get your kids into the kitchen because it is easy and something they may like to help with. These are great served with hashbrowns and toast! (don’t forget the juice 😉 )
