I received compensation for participating in this 30 Day Challenge and my work on this review. This post was made possible by Mom Spark Media. Thoughts are my own.

The last four weeks have gone by so fast. I can’t believe that my kids will be starting school soon and that fall will soon be upon us (hallelujah 😉 ). There are so many things going on in my life right now between work and family that I need something to be a constant for me – right now – that is focusing on my weight loss. Noom Weight Loss Coach app has been an incredible help in my journey – pushing me and informing me and being a great resource.

I was able to take a mini vacation with my hubby while my family watched our kids and it was very nice. We did a lot of walking – and ate at a lot of fancy places – so it kind of equaled itself out. I didn’t really lose any weight this week – but I am still down 8 pounds from when I started – and I am very aware of my eating habits now. I have been able to cut down on my snacking big time – and I am focusing on drinking more water and less sugary drinks like Soda and juice.

Losing weight gives me more confidence. The more I lose – the better I feel about myself and the easier it is for me to continue on my path to eating healthier and making good choices not just for me, but also my kids. They learn from me, and by making good eating choices, I am teaching them life lessons that I hope they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. It has also been nice to have my husband jump on the bandwagon. He is also working to lose weight now and together we can encourage each other and work out together.

There will be ups and downs. Some weeks will be easier and better than others, but I am going to be diligent. I want to wear “My little black dress” again and feel comfortable and “curvy” in the right spots lol. I have stopped eating so late, stopped eating so many process and sugary foods, and I have been exercising more. What is pushing me? The Noom Weight Loss App. I love how much it helps me.

There is a free version and there is a PRO version. You can get a FREE 30-Day trial of the Noom Coach app and join me on this 30 day challenge. I would love to hear your stories, questions and thoughts.
