My kids are getting old enough that they like to help me in the kitchen now during meal times. While I still won’t let them use the stove they are great at doing a lot of the other stuff. Here is a BBQ Beef Cupcakes Recipe that is fun and easy to make (whether you have kids or not lol πŸ˜‰ ) that is yummy and different.

BBQ Beef Cupcakes

Cook your beef (hamburger or shredded) and add BBQ sauce. To make them, you will just take a package of biscuits and squish them out one at a time and put them into a greased cupcake pan. Once you have all of your “pockets” ready, then scoop the beef mixture into each cup. You will fold the edges over and then sprinkle with cheese and bake.

BBQ Beef Cupcakes

I love making these BBQ Beef Cupcakes for my kids because they are really easy and fast to make, but also they don’t make a huge mess at dinnertime. They are great for large crowds or even party snacks (think Football)!
