As a mom, business owner and wife, I need to make sure I take care of myself as much as everything else around me so I have found that healthier foods and more exercise have been very beneficial in my journey. That is why I am excited to share this new recipe with you.
Today we made a delicious new recipe that my whole family (ages 6+) LOVED! This Avocado and Feta Cracker Dip Recipe only took about 10 minutes to put together and tastes like a burst of flavor in your mouth. This post is brought to you by Crunchmaster. Today we are sharing a delicious healthy recipe that your family and friends will love and you can be proud of.
You can make the Avocado and Feta Cracker Dip in a big bowl, or put it in mini mason jars to serve it like we did. I also sliced up an extra avocado and put it on a plate with crackers and some of the dip to eat. We used one of our favorite crackers to go with it, Crunchmaster Crackers, because of their rich flavorful taste. The Avocado and Feta Dip went perfectly with the Crunchmaster Crackers. I love using these crackers because they are basically whole grains and seeds. They come in a variety of flavors and of all the ones we have tried, we have liked them all.
All Crunchmaster products are certified gluten-free, kosher and contain no artificial colors or flavors. Many are also non-GMO Project Verified, 100% Whole Grain, low in sugar and free of saturated and trans fats. Simple, wholesome ingredients include: brown rice, quinoa, flax, corn, amaranth, millet, sunflower, chickpea, and edamame.
- 1 large avocados
- 1 cup of small crumble Feta cheese
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 large Roma tomato
- 1 tsp of lime juice
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Wash the avocados, cut them in half and remove the seed from the center
- Wash the tomato, dice it and put it in a medium-sized bowl
- Scoop the avocado from the shell and dice it and add it to the bowl with the tomato
- Lightly stir the avocado and tomato mixture
- Add one cup of feta cheese and mix lightly again
- Add the lemon and lime juice and sprinkle a “pinch” of pepper then lightly mix again
- Now you will add the shredded parmesan cheese, and lightly mix again and your dip is finished
- Serve with Crunchmaster Crackers for the perfect healthy snack or appetizer
