DIY Pet Photo Board

About three years ago we made the decision to get a dog for our kids. Our second oldest was deathly afraid of dogs, and we felt like this would help relieve some of her concerns. We were right. We got her a 6 week old Yellow Lab puppy for her birthday, and over the course of about a week they became best friends, and have been ever since. We named him Jake and he has grown into a beautiful happy dog. Our pets are as much a part of our family as our own kids. We love them, take care of them and want the best for them. That is one reason we feed our dog Nature’s Recipe Dog Food. I am so excited that it is now available to buy at Walmart instead of having to go to pet specialty stores to get it. It is a great low price and more convenient because I can pick it up when I do my other shopping there. When I was there getting a bag of Nature’s Recipe Dog Food for Jake, I found this wood board that I knew would be perfect to make into a Photo Board, so I grabbed it and we also picked him up a new dog bed, because his old one was completely worn out.

After feeding Jake his breakfast, we got started on our DIY Pet Photo Board project. He loves being around us and “helping” with everything and Nature’s Recipe Dog Food has a high-quality protein that keeps him happy and ready to do anything. The dog food also has no corn, wheat, artificial flavors or preservatives and no poultry by-product meal. It is packed with all of the good things for him and none of the bad. It helps him feel his best so we can live life to the fullest together! To make the photo board, you will need to buy (or make) a wood photo board (like the one pictured), have a photo of your dog printed (you can print at home or use a service like Walmart’s Photo Center), a foam paint brush and some waterbase sealer.

I love the fun addition this makes to his space and how it shows his personality. The DIY Pet Photo Board can be done using any picture, for any occasion, and make great gifts for family and friends. Make a Pet Photo Board for your friends and gift it to them with a bag of Nature’s Recipe (something for the owner and something for the pet) :).

Not only do we love the benefits of Nature’s Recipe Pet food, but they make purposeful recipes with ingredients from nature. This ensures that my dog has what he needs to feel like his most vibrant self. He is playful and happy and energetic. We love having him around and we want to give him the best we can. His favorite flavor is the Chicken Meal and Rice. Try it and all of the different varieties of the wet and dry dog food that you can get at Walmart. I love the idea of this pet photo board! I would love to make one for my dog and my cats. I like how you hung the photo board on the wall near his bed. What a nice way to decorate is space. Oh, BTW, we also feed our dog Nature's Recipe!
