Heart Note Printables (Heart Attack) for doors

I am excited to share these heart note printables with you. They are fun to use any time of year to spread love and appreciation to everyone around you. But during the month of February, they are especially fun.

I have a few reasons for wanting to do these in February. My wedding anniversary is towards the end of the month, so I am looking forward to doing little notes everyday leading up to that – and having Valentine’s along the way is a bonus.

It is also a great way for me to express to my kids everything I appreciate about them. Not only does it let them know that I SEE them, but that I recognize what they do and that I really love them.

I love you because… heart note printables

I created two different templates. One is an I LOVE YOU BECAUSE printable that goes up to 30 days (you can just print out however many days you want).

And the other one is just blank hearts. I did two sizes. 6 of the same size on one page, or three pages with different sizes. This is great to share with friends, healthcare workers, first responders, etc. Spread the love – appreciation – let someone know you care. Most of the time these are done anonymously by leaving several notes taped all over the door. But if can be fun to also know who left them so if you want to sign your name – that’s great too!

There are four sizes of hearts. This page above has all one size and the one below has three pages of different sizes of hearts. I printed all of them and then used my watercolors to add some color to some of them.

With them all printed out, cut out and ready to go, you will write messages on them. I shared a picture of what I wrote on some of mine so you could get an idea.

I hope you have as much fun with these as I have had. My kids love seeing the new ones I put up and adding some of their own.
