I don’t mind cleaning…really…but with four kids, a dog and a cat – it is really hard to keep everything cleaned all the time. I do a lot of work on the computer, and I hate to admit it, but I often put work before a load of dishes. I am thankful that my hubby and my kids help pick up my slack. To make it easier for me I have make a weekly cleaning checklist – that makes it REALLY easy for me to make sure I am doing what I need to do every day. I like lists – I need lists or I would be lost. Between my planner and my Google calendar I stay pretty organized – but I I often get side tracked and don’t always get everything done that I need to around my house. That is why this Weekly Cleaning Checklist Printable has come in handy. I am able to keep my house more clean and make sure I am still taking care of the little things.

I like cleaning. I have always been a little OCD about everything having to be “in it’s place”… but since having kids, four of them, and two Littles at home that still love to run and make messes all day I have had to change a little. I still like everything in its place but only make them clean up a few times a day instead of every hour lol. Along these same lines my kids have chores everyday because cleaning a whole house on my own everyday plus working from home don’t mix. And I think it’s good for my kids to learn some responsibility.

BISSELL® PowerGlide® Pet Vacuum With SuctionChannel Technology™

Doing the dishes, helping with the garbage, dusting, vacuuming and a few others are great for young kids. Our house is mostly tile in the walkways upstairs and carpet in the rooms and in the basement so when they get vacuuming, they used to complain, but now they fight over who gets to do it. The new BISSELL® PowerGlide® Pet Vacuum With SuctionChannel Technology™  is so light and easy to handle. I love how easy it is to handle and how well it works.

BISSELL® PowerGlide® Pet Vacuum With SuctionChannel Technology™

With kids and pets it is necessary I get get the urge to vacuum multiple times a day. Crumbs, pet dander, dirt, a hundred pieces on tiny papers that your son cut (Oh wait that was my son), and so many more things that this vacuum gets off the floor. My daughter has severe asthma and allergies so we have to keep things as clean as possible for her. Our Bissell is great at doing just that -cleaning up after my messy sweet family without even blinking.

BISSELL® PowerGlide® Pet Vacuum With SuctionChannel Technology™

There are so many great features like:

  • SuctionChannel Technology provides edge-to-edge suction for improved cleaning performance
  • 9X multi-cyclonic with no loss of suction*
  • Swivel steering and brush roll on/off switch to easily clean the carpets and hard floors around your home
  • Pet TurboEraser® tool, crevice tool, and extended-reach hose for full-stair cleaning
  • Bottom-empty dirt tank and multi-level filtration
  • Powerful, lightweight design
  • 27-foot power cord
  • 5-year limited warranty

BISSELL® PowerGlide® Pet Vacuum With SuctionChannel Technology™

Overall we really love the Vacuum, how light it is, and well it work. It is really easy to handle and picks up great – and takes 3 seconds to empty the canister and I am back to work. It cleans up the pet hair and leaves my floor looking like we really did just vacuum. I love it!

A checklist is one of the best ways to stay on top of all the cleaning jobs you need to do. In fact, I have checklists for practically everything to help me stay organized.

    I am a serial lister. I can’t help myself, if I don’t have a list, I can’t do anything.

I like the vacuum. I like the idea of a cleaning checklist too. Streamlining what needs to be done is easier when you have a list.

I’m so glad I came across this! This checklist is just what I’ve been looking for. The Bissell looks like it works well on carpet and that’s always a plus! My current vacuum is good on our floors but terrible when it comes to vacuuming on carpet. Maybe we need to look into a Bissell!

I am a HUGE list maker but I find when someone makes one that points me in the right direction like this one it makes my day so much easier! I tend to be more productive.

That is a sweet vacuum, and I can see how it make short work of cleaning. It’s convenient to pop out for fast clean-up jobs too!
