Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point

I love this time of year! I get to get outside and work in my yard and go to places like Ashton Gardens in Thanksgiving Point for inspiration and enjoyment. They have some of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. My whole family loves going there and walking around. And right now it is the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point!

The Tulip Festival is so much fun because there are literally thousands of Tulips all over Ashton Gardens in bloom. You will be able to enjoy the different areas of the gardens as well as other flowers that are blooming right now like the daffodils and the hyacinths.

Other things to do at the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point:

TULIP TOT PLAYLAND
- There’s ongoing fun to be had at the Tulip Tot Playland! Visit on Fridays and Saturdays for lawn games, family-friendly activities, and more! Included with festival admission.
THANKSGIVING POINT TULIP
- Created especially for Thanksgiving Point’s 25th anniversary in 2020, you can see our very own ‘tulipa Thanksgiving Point’ on display at the 2022 Tulip Festival! This bright yellow tulip is a rare fragrant tulip that blooms in late spring. Look for signs noting this happy bloom when you visit.
LIVE PERFORMANCES
- Discover your new favorite band! Visit the Waterfall Amphitheatre on Fridays and Saturdays to see local artists performing live. See below for a full performer schedule.
PHOTO CONTEST
- Enter your favorite photos of the 2022 Tulip Festival using the hashtag #TulipPhotoContest and tagging Thanksgiving Point on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
CUT TULIPS
- Visit the Learning Garden and take home your own bunch of Cut Tulips! One bunch (5 stems) is $10. Available while supplies last.
FESTIVAL PICNIC

What’s New This Year at Tulip Festival?

Electric Golf Cart Tour: Get a docent-led tour through the Ashton Gardens with information centered on the Tulip Festival and the flowers within.
