This post is brought to you by Minute® Ready to Serve Rice. All opinions are 100% my own.

Lunch time around my house is usually combined with school work, laundry, errands, works, and many other things. It is not very often that I get to sit down and actually eat lunch because I run out of time after feeding my kids. As part of a goal I have set for this year, I want to start eating better and Minute® Ready to Serve Rice has been a big helper with the lunch part of my goal. In just 1 minute I have a yummy healthy lunch that I can eat. There are many things you can mix in to create different dishes so you are not eating just plain white rice for every meal. This quick lunch idea is perfect for work, home, and even traveling.

Another awesome benefit of Minute® Ready to Serve Rice are all of the different varieties they have. Whole Grain options of Brown Rice, Brown & Wild Rice and Multi-Grain Medley, Jasmine Rice, White Rice, Chicken Rice Mix, Yellow Rice Mix, and Fried Rice Mix. The newest option, Minute Ready to Serve Black Beans & Rice is ready in just 90 seconds. With all of the varieties you will be able to find something for everyone. They are great to keep in your bag, desk drawer or on hand in your pantry for a quick healthy meal.

I got the Minute® Ready to Serve Fried Rice Mix and added some canned chicken to make a chicken fried rice. It was so good. It literally took about 90 seconds from start to finish and it game me a healthy meal that was just the right amount. Having the Minute® Ready to Serve Rice on hand makes it easy for me to actually eat lunch, and they are perfect for my hubby to take to work with him.

With all of the different Minute® Ready to Serve Rice varieties you can create dozens of different meals just by adding a few simple ingredients. You can prepare them a head of time and add them together when you are ready to eat, creating healthy portion controlled meals. Take them to work, the gym, or even eat them at home when you are short on time. Visit for recipes, stir in ideas and much more!

If you are looking for on-the-go snacks or a great meal solution, you will want to try Minute® Ready to Serve Rice. With all of the varieties and different mix-ins you can have many different meals in about a minute. They are the perfect on-the-go solution for on-the-go people.
