Quick Bathroom Cleaning Routine with Clorox

This post is sponsored Clorox®. All opinions are my own.

With my kids getting busier and my schedule getting I have made changes to my daily routine that have helped me make the most effective use of my time. I know that everyone likes to make the most of the time they have, so I want to share quick bathroom cleaning routine tips with you so you can benefit as well. I don’t mind cleaning – as a stay at home mom I do a lot of it. My kids have their chores and help as much as they can, but I do the brunt of the scrubbing and cleaning. I also work from home while the kids are in school, so I want to manage my free time as best as I can so I can fit everything on my “to-do” list in.

In order to be able to accomplish your quick bathroom cleaning routines, you will want to make sure you have all of the supplies you need handy. I put together a cleaning caddy with the cleaning supplies I got from Target, that has all of my favorites so I can just pull it out and take it with me from one bathroom to the next. My go-to product is Clorox® Scentiva™ because of how well it works and I love the smell. Here is what is in my cleaning caddy:

  • Clorox Scentiva Foam Cleaner
  • Clorox toilet wand system
  • Clorox Scentiva Multi-Surface Cleaner
  • Clorox Scentiva Toilet Cleaning Gel
  • Micro-fiber sponges
  • Micro-fiber towels
  • Paper towels
  • Pumice Stone Scouring Stick
  • Hard bristled toothbrush

The Clorox® Scentiva™ foam cleaner is new and I have already fallen in love with it. It powers through soap scum, removing it 15x faster leaving my tubs, showers and more spotless. Between that and the multi-surface cleaner, I am able to quickly and effectively clean my bathrooms. They kill 99.9% of common bacteria and they are bleach free so there are no harsh chemical scents. Just the Pacific Breeze & Coconut smell that makes my whole house smell like spring. You can get all of the new Clorox Scentiva products at Target.

Here is the scheduled that I have come up with that has worked so well for me:

MONDAY – Clean the sink, counters and scrub the toilet

TUESDAY – Clean the sink, counters, mirrors, and re-stock (towels, toilet paper, soap, shower supplies, etc)

WEDNESDAY – Clean the sink and counters and scrub the tub/shower

THURSDAY – Clean the sink and counters and wash/clean the rugs/curtains and dust

FRIDAY – Clean the sink and counters and scrub the floor

It is pretty simple, but by breaking up the hard tasks I am able to actually accomplish them all because I spend about an hour every morning cleaning. These tasks usually take about 10-15 minutes of that which leaves me time to do a load of laundry, clean up the kitchen, pick up the living room and other tasks (depending on the day).

With Spring just around the corner, I have been a whole lot more cleaning – and I have been very much enjoying the fab scents of the Clorox® Scentiva™. The foam cleaner, multi-surface cleaner, and toilet cleaning gel all work hard and make my job a little easier. The hard water, lime scale, and soap scum that I used to spend a lot of time “soaking” and scrubbing are now easier to clean because the Clorox powers through it all. They also make my whole bathroom smell like Pacific Breeze & Coconut (two of my favorite things). My bathroom is now clean and free of germs, soap scum, viruses and bacteria and all that is left is a scent of paradise.

I love a good foam or gel cleanser. I feel like they do a better job of getting and keeping my bathroom clean. I haven’t tried these new products from Clorox, but will be adding them to my list next time I need new bathroom products.

You have a really thorough cleaning routine. I generally just do a spot check every day to see what needs doing. I definitely need to be more organized!

Clorox is our choice of cleaning products. It was my mom who told me to choose Clorox for my cleaning needs when we started our family. Been using it ever since and it never fails to deliver!
