PMD will take your skin to a whole new level by clearing all of the old skin cells away. This evens out your skin tone, reduces acne, reduces wrinkles and numerous other benefits. Using this 2-4 times a month has completely changed my skin. I love how much better it feels and looks. My skin looks great without makeup – and my skin tone is more even.
There are four different discs you can use with your PMD Device, that will determine how “abrasive” the treatment is. The White Disc is for training, this will help you practice. Then there are the Blue (Sensitive), Green (Medium), and the Red (Maximum). They also have two different sizes. The Small Disc is for Face and delicate areas, and the Large Disc is for the body. It is very easy to change the discs. The cap twists off, and the discs pull off. You just put another one on, then twist the cap back on and you are ready to go.
It comes with instructions and a DVD that you can watch that will help get the hang of how it is supposed to work. It is very straight forward and pretty simple actually. The difference in the feel of my skin before and after is crazy. I did just one section of my face, and the skin there is smooth and beautiful looking, and the other skin feels rough and looks kind of dull. I reviewed the same product a couple years ago. I definitely recommend it. It’s great for getting dead skin off the face and making it look cleaner.
