This post is brought to you by Ricos Cheese. All opinions are my own. I love getting creative in the kitchen and coming up with fun new ways to make things, and this time, my daughter and I brainstormed together and came up with a delicious concoction that we put together with chips, cheese, meat, Ricos Nacho Cheese, sour cream, olives, jalapenos, and more to create a delicious Nacho Pizza!

Nacho Pizza Recipe

We picked up a few different kinds of Ricos Cheese Sauce at Walmart when we were grocery shopping. We also got chips, an onion, tomato, avocado, olives, sour cream, jalapenos, and hamburger. We had shredded cheese, but if you need that, add it to your list as well.

There are five different kinds of Ricos Cheese sauces that you can buy; Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce (also available in 6lb can), Ricos Condensed Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce (also available in 6lb can), Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Ricos Hot & Spicy Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Ricos Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce. And another great thing about the Condensed Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce, is that you mix it with either water, pepper juice or salsa and it yields over 50% sauce!

Nacho Pizza Recipe

To make your Nacho Pizza, you will first lay out chips on a lined cookie sheet and then smash them using your hands or a rolling pin. Once they are smashed up, mix them with shredded cheese and smooth it out so that it is a flat layer. You will then put it in the oven at 400 degrees and bake for about 10-15 minutes. While the chips are baking with the cheese, you will want to get the burger out and cook it with some red onion (make sure it is completely cooked).

Once the chips/cheese are melted, pull it out and add the burger in a layer over the top. Then sprinkle with more shredded cheese and put it in the oven and bake it a little longer to melt the cheese.

Once the cheese is melted, pull it back out and add a layer of Ricos Nacho Cheese and then a layer of sour cream. Then you will sprinkle with tomatoes, olives, more cheese sauce, jalapenos, and shredded parmesan.

Everyone loved this, and it tastes so good! Add or don’t add the things that you want. I would love to know what else you would put on it, we were thinking maybe mushrooms and guacamole would be good to add next time! I know that I will be picking up more cans of the Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese and the Quesso and the Condensed Cheddar. They all taste so good!

I am also excited to buy more cans because it enters me to win a new truck!!! Winning a 2018 Ford F-150 is easy-peasy, nacho cheesy. Buy a 15oz can of Ricos Cheese Sauce and get an entry. Buy a 6lb 10 oz can and increase your chances with 5 entries! Enter every day with each purchase.

Make this Nacho Pizza for your next get together with friends, for family night, for game night or just because. It tastes amazing and it fairly easy to put together!

I can’t see myself crushing up those perfectly round tortilla chips!! I think I would just save the broken chips from a few bags and then use them for the crust. You can’t dip those crumbs, so this is a great way to use them up.
