Gorton’s Seafood review
Gortons Seafood is one of my families favorites. As a busy mom I don’t always have the time to spend hours or even an hour making dinner so it is nice to have something good and healthy to fall back on. My whole family loves the quality and taste of Gorton’s Seafood and I love how versatile it is so that I can use it in different way to make a lot of different recipes.
It’s common knowledge that seafood is good for you and there are multiple reasons why. Seafood contains natural omega-3 fatty acids, lean protein, and critical vitamins and minerals that can aid brain development, promote heart health, help fight obesity and improve your overall health.
I want my family to eat healthy and I LOVE to cook and bake. We don’t want to have the same thing every night so we have used a schedule to make sure that we are rotating types of foods. This makes it so that we excited to eat that kind of food instead of “oh, spaghetti again”, lol, we get “wahoo, spaghetti night!”. Gorton’s provides us with several varieties of seafood and they all contain natural omega-3 fatty acids, lean protein and other vitamins and minerals that help keep you healthy and strong!
