With as busy as life can get – getting a balanced diet can seem next to impossible. That is one reason I LOVE my balance bars in the morning. They give me lots of energy to get through that busy part of my day and still I fill full. I have more energy, my body feels better and I feel better for making a good decision. They have so many yummy flavors – but I have to admit that the new Dark Chocolate Coconut it my favorite. It is gluten free, packed with fiber, protein, antioxidants and vitamin D and it is low calorie.
I haven’t tried one flavor that I didn’t like and the Bare bars are very good too! The Blueberry Acai and the Sweet and Salty Peanut Butter are fantastic! Have I got you drooling yet?
