I had to recently slow down since I am WELL Stocked on many items. When I lived in NC, one store doubled coupons and had Super Double coupon events so it was very easy to get items free. Out here in Nevada, it is different since I am still getting used to the stores and no doubling 🙁 But, I was able to stock us back up after moving, and we will be moving again in a few years (military), so I am unable to stock up too much, so always keeping that in the back of my mind helps 🙂
I need to remember to only buy what I’ll be able to use. At least I use the extras to give away to others who need it.
I like the stockpile idea but you have to watch the expiration dates
