Disney on Ice Dare to Dream

You know that you are at a great show when all of your kids sit in awe at the amazing performance before them without hardly blinking. I was actually pretty impressed myself. This show was so great because it was like watching three musicals of my kids favorite Disney cartoons, with all of the dazzle and sparkle of the ice skating and dancing.

The show starts with the tale of Tiana and goes through how she becomes a princess. The show, skating, singing, and entertainment were awesome! I especially love the costumes and the attention to detail. I think it was a great shortened version that his on the best parts of the movie and kept the kids very entertained.

They have Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald come out between shows to lead us into the next one. This was of course my sons favorite part, but the whole show was wonderful.

The second show they did was Cinderella. I was so impressed by the costumes again. They did great with the storyline and the voices and singing. All the details were great. Cinderella’s horses and carriage were my 5 year old favorite part, she was so excited! This was spectacular the way they had it all. The costumes of the step sisters and the stepmother were classic! Totally perfect. We also loved the mice.

The dancing and Ice skating was amazing in all three shows, but our favorite was Tangled at the end. I loved how they flew through the air on her “hair”. It was just awesome to see it, and see the looks on my kids faces too. They even interacted with the audience a lot it was great. I know that this is something that my kids will remember. They talked about it all the way to the car, and kept saying thank you. Even my 18 month old sat and watched, pointed, laughed and clapped.
