Finding family-friendly fall activities is something that is a top priority for me. I love spending time together with my husband and kiddos, making memories that will last a lifetime. And these experiences don’t have to be “world” adventures. Most of them happen on a busy weeknight when we decide to go and do something fun – like The Crazy Corn Maze. We love visiting here because there is so much to do in one location and it is VERY kid-friendly (except for the Nightstalkers Haunt which I recommend for 12+). Time is running out to visit this year – so get your tickets now and make plans to go by November 2, 2024.
CRAZY CORN MAZE
The Crazy Corn Maze is a lot of fun to visit. We love going there because you get THREE fantastic attractions in one location. The Crazy Corn Maze, Nightstalkers Haunt, and Fright Lights. We shared a different post for Nightstalkers Haunt – so be sure to read about it here. The Crazy Corn Maze is over 8 acres big with twists and turns, dead-ends, and opportunities to hide and scare your friends/family (haha). We had a great time navigating our way through. There are signs every so often that you can scan and see where you are. The end is the beginning, so just keep that in mind. One of the things I loved the most was how tall the corn is. The trails are also well-made and wide enough for two people. There are two mazes – a big maze, and a junior maze.
While you’re waiting to go through the corn maze or Fright Lights, be sure to check out the fun games. There are some that you can buy a punch pass for, and there is also a corn pit, corn hole, and other fun things (like a hay bale pyramid) that are free. Also, be on the lookout for all of the fun photo-ops that are around.
Overall this is a fun and complicated corn maze and we had a great time adventuring through it. Be sure to visit The Crazy Corn Maze before they close on November 2 for the 2024 year!
Enjoy two mazes this year with the Crazy Corn Maze! The black outline shows the mini that is inside the big maze. The tan outline is the big maze. This enjoyable fall experience consists of many twists, turns, and dead ends. Get lost in over 8 acres of corn with your friends and family. The mini maze features an animal print activity!
FRIGHT LIGHTS
Another fun part of visiting The Crazy Corn Maze is going through the Fright Lights. The trail is over a half mile long. You get to walk at your own pace along the trail, through the corn (think corn maze without the maze), and see all of the decorations, lights, and special effects. They also have music playing and the lights synchronized to the songs. This is especially fun for younger kids. Perfect for ages 0-12. With that being said, my kids who are all 13+ had a great time and we really enjoyed the lights. This is also fun for dates because there are a lot of great photo ops in here.
When you get through the lights, there are a lot of fun activities at the end. Stomp lights, swings, and several other things are all lit up and add to the “glow” ambiance. You can spend as much time as you want here. And while supplies last, you also get a coupon for a free pumpkin at the end of the walk!
Fright Lights brings MAGIC to the pumpkin patch! This attraction is sure to delight and amaze both young and old. Walk through an enchanted pathway of lights and music. Choose the perfect pumpkin to take home as its included with admission while supplies last.
