I have finally perfected my Au Gratin Potato recipe. This is one of my husband’s favorites and he never stops asking me to fix them for him. I would love the new cookbook to replace the paperback version my sister gave me many years ago.

I love baking everything, but especially blueberry muffins. It reminds me of my Gramma who passed 6 years ago. She loved to make muffins of any kind lol, mostly blueberry, but she would try anything. 🙂
