I love to bake anything! Baking is my favorite type of cooking. I am always nominated to make the dessert for my husbands work when they have a dinner or cook out…and I am the one who makes all the Christmas goodies in my family. It is very therapuedic to get in the kitchen and bake. It’s ME time. 🙂

My fav thing to bake is popovers and fruitcake. Popovers are easy and fruitcake because its the only way I can get it without nuts and its sooo good!
I love to bake brownies and cookies… my new favorite dessert is apple dumplings. My daughter’s friends come over and we have a great time cooking and baking. YUMMY!

There is nothing that says home like the smell of something baking in the oven. It is a smell I loved as a child and passed to my own children and grandchildren. I love to bake almost anything!
