Life is crazy. Often times I have things planned out and my plans get changed for one reason or another, and it makes my life even more crazy. There are a few things that help me when this happens, and being able to shop online is one of them. I love online shopping because it allows me to shop from home or on the go. I usually wait until the kids have gone to bed and then I sneak into my offie with a nice hot drink, my blanket and turn a movie on while I browse all of the great deals. Because this is my “me time” I also love having is candles. They not only make my house smell amazing but they also help me relax and they look really nice. I just found the American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand collection online at Walmart.com and had to get some. I am so glad I did! They have amazing fragrances in all sizes so you can get them for any place or occasion. They also have car scents now too! I got the Shades of Fall™ fragrance (one big one and one small one) so I can put one upstairs and one downstairs. We use the upstairs more often that is why it is bigger.
Shopping online can be tricky, but if you know what you need and know where to go to get it, your life just got a whole lot easier. Online stores like Walmart.com is a great place to shop because you can get great deals for Cyber Monday and also all of the low princes that you love and expect from Walmart. If you are a newbie to shopping online or have been doing it for a long time, hopefully you will be able to learn something from these 10 tips for Cyber Monday Shopping:
- Get comfortable. I love wearing my PJ’s and comfy socks and grabbing my blanket and getting cozy.
- Make a list. It is nice to have a of list of what you are shopping for so that you have an idea of what you are buying or wanting to get.
- Make some noise (background noise that is). Turn on your favorite music or movie to listen to in the background while you shop.
- Grab a drink and some snacks. I love having a big cup of hot cocoa and some chocolate covered pretzels to snack on.
- Set the mood…turn the lights down, light some candles and relax.
- After you load the site you want to shop on (like walmart.com and their great cyber Monday deals) use your mouse to right click and open tab in a new window when you find products that you want to look at. This lets you leave the main page open so you don’t lose your spot – and you can also look at several deals at once.
- Sign in – or create an account. That way when you add things to your cart, they will be saved for you if you have to step away for a while – you won’t have to start over. It also allows you to track your orders and see account information.
- On Cyber Monday the deals are limited so if you find something you want (like the American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand Holiday 2-Pack for $22 – which is amazing) you will want to get it right away so they don’t sell out.
