I love smoothies. I recently got a new Ninja blender, so I have been a smoothie making fool. One of my favorite recipes is to add about 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of Almond Milk, 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1/2 cucumber (peeled and sliced), 1 apple (sliced and cored), and 1 orange (peeled) together and blend into a delicious combination of a healthy Skinny Fruit and Veggie Smoothie.

I would love to have you share your favorite smoothie recipes. I am really trying to have a healthy smoothie drink more often in place of drinking soda and eating unhealthy snacks. I feel so much better and have more energy when I am eating healthy, and a good smoothie packed with fruits and veggies and a perfect way to do that.
