If you want to coupon shop, its important to know what day the sales run. You don’t want to go shopping at Smith’s on Wednesday (expecting to get sales that ended on Tuesday). So here is a list (to the best of my knowledge) of what day the sales run and at what stores.
Albertsons (Wednesday – Tuesday)
Associated Food Stores (Wednesday – Tuesday)
Fresh Market (Wednesday – Tuesday)
Harmons (Monday – Sunday)
Kmart (Sunday – Saturday)
Maceys (Monday – Saturday)
Reams (Tuesday – Monday)
Rite Aid (Sunday – Saturday)
Smith’s (Wednesday – Tuesday)
Target (Sunday – Saturday)
Walgreens (Sunday – Saturday)
Walmart (Sunday – Saturday)
