Thank you Jenny Craig for sponsoring this post. — Get serious about losing weight with Jenny Craig!

I am almost done with my second week on the Jenny Craig program and I am loving it! I have lost about 8 lbs so far and I feel better, have more energy and I am getting into a great routine of how much I should eat and when. The program has already taught me a lot about my eating habits and how I can change them for the better. I have learned that I was a big time snacker because I didn’t really eat meals when I was supposed to. I also didn’t realize how much sugar I was consuming. Their meal plan still lets me eat all of the foods I love in a moderated regimen that keeps me healthy and full. I have also learned that I don’t have to give up the foods I love. Jenny Craig has more than 100 menu items, where 40 professional chefs make all the difference.

When I started this plan, my weight loss goal was to lose about 60-65 lbs. I can now see this as a reality instead of a dream. I am excited to lose this weight so I can be more active, play sports with my kids, go bike riding, hiking, or even clean my house without feeling worn out and tired. As I lose the weight I have been doing light weight training to help my muscles get strong again as well as a cardio workout. Being dedicated to the program has been worth it. My husband and my kids are also making better decisions and we have less “junk food” in our house and more fruits and veggies. I also love the Jenny Craig meals because I am eating better and more frequently and it is convenient and easy.

Having a good support system is important. That is another reason I love this program. I have a dedicated consultant that has called me several times to talk to me about how I am doing on the program, giving me tips and helping me through any trials. It holds me accountable and I am glad that she is there for me. I can also contact her anytime with questions or if I need support or help in any way.

I really can’t recommend this program enough. Jenny Craig has got me back on track to a healthier, happier lifestyle that I know will make a difference in my entire families lives. After having four kids, I need to get rid of the baby weight. I am already seeing a difference. I want you to see the difference too. Find out what you can do with the Jenny Craig program! Try it now. Don’t wait. It is worth it – your health is worth it.

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of CLEVER and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
Results not typical. Members following the Jenny Craig program, on average, lose 1-2 lbs. per week. I received promotional consideration.
