It is not everyday, month, or even every year that most couples very to have a “adults” only getaway when they have small kids at home, but we were able to take a fun and romantic 4 day trip to Las Vegas that was packed with shows, food, and sites that still have us taking. One of the things we were able to experience that we both loved was the couples Massage at Spa Aquae at the J.W. Marriott in Las Vegas.
When we arrived, I was shown to the women’s dressing room and my husband was shown to the men’s dressing rooms. They have robes and slippers for you to wear and lockers that are secured for you to store your belongings in. The area is very comfortable with a vanity area with supplies, drinks and snacks on the counter, as well as comfortable chairs to site in. You also have access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, and other features from here.
Once we were ready we were shown to a room upstairs where we were able to lounge and relax while we waited to be shown to our room for our couples massage. It was fun to visit and connect. This was my husbands first massage and so he wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Our massage therapists came and lead us in. The room was beautiful, as was the rest of the Spa. It is very relaxing and calming and elegant.
The massages were amazing. I am pretty sure I feel asleep a couple of times. After spending four days in Las Vegas, it was nice to get away from it all and completely relax. We had a great time walking around and experiencing everything there, but it was also nice to tune out a little and let everything slip away for a while. The massage therapist did a great job and finding all of my tight spots and helping them relax. She was very professional and did a great job.
We both loved our experience at the Spa Aquae. The Spa is conveniently located inside of the J.W. Marriott. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas scene or even the gambling scene. The offer many services there like Massages, facials, body treatments, salon services, couples experiences, wedding services and more.
