This is my Smith’s Shopping Trip that I just did. It has been a while since I did some good couponing, so I wanted to share. I had two really good trips to Smith’s between late last night and this morning. I ran to get milk and found a basket full of clearance items, all which had coupons available so I got really excited. Then I decided to pull out my Gillette Shaving Cream coupons that I got from WizClipz and use some of those with the awesome sale this week! I LOVE shopping the sales and using coupons! Its a great feeling to put $141 worth of stuff on your shelves knowing you saved 86% doing it! Here are the details:
Trip #1:
This transaction was a pain! I didn’t realize that you were only allowed to use 4 like coupons in the same trip, wither the coupon states that or not, that is Smith’s policy (which may vary by store). My cashier (Marybell) was AMAZING! She was so patient with me and did a great job. Despite the free coupons that take forever to ring in, she was still fast. So thank you Marybell for your excellent customer service and being patient with a “crazy couponer”. Just another reason I LOVE SHOPPING at Smith’s!

I got a total of 32 items, and that means the average cost of each item was $0.34!
Trip #2:
I don’t know that this transaction went much better than the first one, but the deals were still just amazing. I grabbed some things like the fruits and veggies that weren’t on sale or have coupons, but were needed, but even with these items, I still saved a huge amount. Again, my cashier was amazing and quick!
