S.A.S.S. yourself slim by Cynthia Sass is a book that will teach you how to truly make that lifestyle change and get your “ducks in a row”! I have been around the loop a few times (so to speak) when it comes to weight loss (heck, I lost almost 30 pounds after my 3rd kid) and I still learned tons of great information from this book. Cynthia takes everything and lays it out for you. Losing weight is as simple as picking your meals and sticking to the eating plan.

She will help you learn what foods to eat, what to avoid, what makes your tummy feel more full, and even how to pick a good meal at a restaurant without wrecking your “diet”. You can truly lose 8 lbs in the first five days on her simple eating plan. I would totally recommend you start with this because it helps you get into a good routine and it will help “clean out” your body.
