When we got our package with the Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain pet food and his new pet toy, our cat stood right by me as we looked it over. I cut the bag open a little and he stuck he head up to it smelling it then started meowing so I got him a bowl. He sniffed it, then started digging in. It didn’t take long for him to eat it all gone. After he was done we got the toy out and let him play with it for a bit – he loves the “floating toys” (that are attached to a stick with an elastic string holding it on). He has always turned back into a 3 month old kitten whenever we get one out. It was so fun to watch him playing. A great diet and exercise are necessary to keep pets healthy and happy too – not just us.

We have had our sweet cat for almost 12 years now. He is as much a part of the family as any of us and he gets treated like one of the kids. He is spoiled and well loved and in his mind “king of the castle”. We try and feed him well so that he can stay with us as long as possible, and making sure that he doesn’t have any health problems. We recently had the opportunity try the new Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain pet food and our cat really likes it. He ate it up – and it made me smile. While he doesn’t understand all of the great benefits, I am glad that he liked the taste.

Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain pet food is made with Real Whitefish! It is the #1 ingredient that not only makes the food taste really good, but it also helps to maintain strong muscles, minimize litter box odors, and also is highly digestible. I didn’t realize for the longest time, but grains aren’t the best for animals – and so I am very excited about this Grain Free food for cats! It is a Whitefish and Potato recipe with no artificial preservatives, colors and flavors. Everything is natural and made with the best ingredients to keep your pet happy and healthy. This is the first Zero Grain dry pet food by Rachael Ray Nutrish and my cat loves it.

About Rachael Ray Nutrish:

In 2007, with help from pet nutrition experts, Rachael Ray created Nutrish ultra-premium food and treats for dogs. In 2014, we were very excited to grow the brand into the world of cat food. Whether intended for dogs or cats, Nutrish recipes are made with simple natural ingredients and do not contain meat or poultry by-product meal or fillers. Real meat is the #1 ingredient in our cat food and all recipes were inspired by Rachael’s kitchen.

Something else I want to point out is that the proceeds go to help animals in need. So far, over $9 million has gone towards food, medical supplies and treatments for animals in need. While they are a pet specialty brand, you can still get it at your local food stores, and mass retailers.

We feed our puppies grain-free dog food. We as people try to stay away from eating so much grains, so its natural that I would want my puppies to too!

Right now we are pet free, but not by choice in a few months we will be getting another pet. We have been looking at food for the new pet. Our old pet had food allergies so we had to be careful with what to feed him. So we wanted to get updated on what's out there now. Thanks for sharing this! Very informative!
