This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of BIC® for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Christmas is a beautiful time of year. So much giving and loving and caring. I wish it were this way all year round. I am really working on teaching my kids the “true” meaning of Christmas – that giving is better than receiving and paying it forward whenever possible is far better than making a list of “wants”. We wanted to do a hands on project that would be easy and fun for them to really understand this, and we found a great idea in the #BICMerryMarking booklet with the #StoneGrey color. You can get the booklet of merry marking and a coupon to start marking.Pay it forward this Holiday Season #BicMerryMarking I love this idea! It is a simple way to Pay it Forward! We got a pile of quarters, post-it notes, and our #StoneGrey BIC Mark-It™ marker out and we were ready. We used Glue Dots (heavy duty ones) to attach the money to the paper since it was easier for little hands. This was so much fun, and really left us all with warm fuzzies! Pay it forward this Holiday Season #BicMerryMarking It is a really simple act, but it will bring a smile to someone’s face. Just thinking of that makes me smile. Putting them together was easy, then we searched for fun places to leave them. Some of the suggestions were vending machines, washing machines, payphones, aisle in the grocery store, by Redbox, and more. We had fun leaving them all over. Pay it forward this Holiday Season #BicMerryMarking BIC Mark-It™ has so many awesome colors. We love doing crafts and activities with them, but we have really loved the booklet. Be sure to get the booklet of merry marking and a coupon to start marking. It has given us several fun and creative ideas that we wouldn’t have ever thought of. With or without kids, you will love this booklet. They are simple and fun crafts that will keep you entertained and happy. Pay it forward this Holiday Season #BicMerryMarking You can download a great coupon to purchase BIC Mark-It™ Markers so you can have fun making these projects like our family has. You can get the booklet of merry marking and a coupon to start marking. Here are other fun projects we have done: Donut Worry – Eat Happy and Midnight Stroll Candy Cane Delivery.

I nominate Christy, Jennifer, and Melissa to participate in BIC’s Month of Merry Marking.
