I recently reviewed the Ozeri Smooth 12″ pan, so I had an idea about what I was getting.  My 8″ Ozeri Green Earth textured Frying Pan has been great.  The surface is nonstick and the pan cooks evenly.  I am able to make perfect Omelets and others foods that require a small pan like sauteed mushrooms and onions.

The big thing I love about this pan, is that it is made with GREBLON – an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. It is made out of a durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum and is free from heavy metals and chemicals.  I have also noticed that there are no fumes I can smell when cooking with this pan.

The 8″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri is very easy to clean. I usually clean it up right after I am done using it because it cleans up so quickly, but when I wait, I just throw it into my dishwasher and it cleans up great in there too. The bottom of the pan is a magnetized induction stove safe base which creates even cooking and rapid heat transfer. This is a great feature when you want to cook something like an egg and you don’t want to wait forever for the pan to heat up.

I like both my textured surface pan and the smooth surface pan. I haven’t noticed a big difference in cooking with either one. They both have superior non-stick surfaces and heat evenly.

They are affordable, environmentally friendly and perfect for any kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the handle gets really hot unlike the smooth surface pan I already had. Its not a big deal as I have to use a hot pad for most of my pans,  but I was surprised the first time, lol. Overall we really love the pan and use it all the time.
