Marvel’s Black Panther

Today is the day – Marvel’s Black Panther is now playing in theaters everywhere. Black Panther has been on the top of pretty much everyone’s “must-see” list and for a dang good reason…the movie is freaking awesome! Packed from beginning to end with action, emotion, and a killer storyline that leaves you counting down the days until the next great Marvel movie that Black Panther will be in – Avenger’s Infinity War which comes out May 4th, 2018.

Marvel Studios’ BLACK PANTHER follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.

All of my expectations for this movie were blown away. It was everything you want it to be and more. I will throw out a small caution – that it is pretty intense with the fighting scenes, so if you have a kid that is sensative to that, you will want to screen it first. That being said, it is a super hero movie and all of the fighting is “good vs. evil” and isn’t without emotion. T’Challa’s sister, Shuri, quickly becomes a favorite with her funny quips and great energy. She is also a great inspiration for girls – because she is super smart and is a great role-model.

So, what are you waiting for? Get tickets to go see Marvel’s Black Panther now- I already have got tickets to go see it again next week! I am so excited!!! Oh – and just so you know, Marvel’s Black Panther does have post-movie credit scenes – so stick around till the end!  After you have seen it, come back and let me know what you think!

We went to a screening of Black Panther before the movie came out. All opinions are my own.
