We have four kids that range in age from 2 to 9. That being said, the 2 year old and 4 year old still wear diapers to bed (even though the 4 year old stays dry most of the time). My 6 year old however, struggles terribly with night time bed wetting. My 9 year old has an occasional laps as well and this is frustrating hard on not only them, but also makes some mornings laundry time when I had planned other things. To help resolve this problem, we have been using GoodNites® Bed Mats.

go right under your child – on top of the sheets and mattress – so it protects all of the bed and bedding if there is an accident. The back have “stickers” that help it stick to the sheets so it won’t move around, and they come right off when you pull them without leaving anything behind. We have been using these for a while now and I love how they have protected the bedding and mattress. This makes me happier in the mornings since I am not doing an unexpected load of laundry and it is better for my daughters because then they have a quick cleanup if they did have an accident.

With our four kids, we have a specific “lights out” bedtime routine that we follow. Without it, the kids have a terrible time falling asleep and its world war 10 in our house. We always have stories and family prayers, then they run off to take their vitamins/medications, brush their teeth, and go potty. Once all of that is done, I have to go around and tuck each of them in, give kisses and hugs, and turn on their music.

I love using the i.Sound bluetooth speaker. It is so nice, especially when we are traveling, because I can hook my phone or kindle up to it and play music for the kids. It’s sometimes hard to find a station on the radio that has “calming” music all of the time, so we always keep a playlist handy.

GoodNites® Bed Mats

Implementing the GoodNites® Bed Mats into our “lights out routine has not only helped my daughters sleep better with peace of mind that if they do have an accident, the  will protect their bedding, and I sleep better knowing that we have a great protection. It is hard dealing with enuresis, but there are ways to help your kids and one of the best things you can do it stay positive and give them tools that they can use. The GoodNites® Bed Mats are very absorbent and are soft so they do not irritate their tender skin.
