With the holidays coming up I have been looking for fun things for my girls. As they get older and out of the “toys” stage – I want to find them something that still lets them be kids, but challenges them and lets them use their creativity and skills. K’NEX is the perfect compromise. We recently got the Fun on the Ferris Wheel Building Set and so we gave it to my oldest for her birthday. She will turn 11 soon. She sat there with her sister for hours playing with the set, putting it together and having fun. They love it! There are so many elements that they love being able to build and then play with it and then rebuild or create their own and have fun over and over. If you have kids that love to build then I can’t recommend K’NEX enough!

It took them a couple of hours to put it together, but the finished product was great. They did one part wrong the first time and had to redo it – but from then on they looked at the instructions more carefully and were able to do it more quickly because they were following directions. This was a great lesson for them to learn. Overall they really love the set and I know that it will be played with again and again and so will their little brother and sister.
