Salty Dinner Theater Review (The Emperor’s New Clothes)

Salty Dinner Theater is a great form of entertainment that everyone will love. If you are looking for a great place to get dinner and entertainment in Salt Lake – then you need to check out Salty’s Dinner Theater. While most of the humor was adult, they made it a lot of fun for all of the kids by interacting with them and keeping them involved.

Before the show started the actors and actresses came around and introduced themselves, asked questions and some of them even had you do interactive games. (Like mimicking the jester). You will want to leave your turtle shell at home because Salty’s Dinner Theater is not for the faint of heart. You really will love how interactive it is. When it is time, they start their show – but it is in the middle of the room and the tables are around the edge – so they are right there with you the whole time. They really involved everyone in the performance.

Add some seasoning to your night out

Taking your family out to dinner just got better. Not only do you get a quality meal, but you also enjoy quality entertainment. Honestly how often do you get to not only watch but be part of a great dinner show and interact with the characters? We arrived at our destination ready to be impressed and we were not disappointed.

We took our kids ages 2-8 and I know they really enjoyed it. There was a lot of adult humor and maybe a couple of moments that were questionable BUT it was nothing worse than what I am sure they are exposed to at school, through TV, or even *gasp* at home occasionally. It was a great show with a very talented, outgoing, and friendly cast. (I even had the opportunity to dance with my hubby at one point lol). If you are looking for something original, fun, and a little ‘salty’ then check out Salty’s Dinner Theater.
