Planning a menu can be a tedious task. That’s why I would like to help you if I can! Here is what we have on our menu this week. I try and use the sales or items we have in our stockpile as much as I can, and then we can use items we stock up on this week for future menus.

Be sure to take advantage of our awesome Price Point List to compare prices while grocery shopping.

I don’t plan anything specific for one day, but rather just plan out 7 of each breakfast, lunch and dinner then choose something off the list that sounds the best. I even make substitutions if we have something that needs to be used or if we go out to eat. Be flexible and willing to try new things. I have been really surprised at what I like now that I didn’t like even 5 years ago.

Breakfasts:

Cold Cereal
Egg in the hole
Pancakes and Eggs
Crapes with fruit
Cinnamon Rolls and Fruit Salad
French Toast
Quiche and Pull Apart Bread

Lunches:

Chicken Nuggets & Tater Tots with Fruits and Veggies
Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup
Macaroni and Cheese
Chicken Salad Pitas
Irish Pasties
Calzones
Potato Bar

Dinners:

Slow Cooker Fajita Mex Chicken
Meat Loaf with Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon/Sugar Crisps
Fish and Steamed Veggies
Sweet Dijon Pork Chops with seasoned potatoes
Mandarin Chicken Salad
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Rice Bowls with Veggies

If you have any comments or have a menu for this week, feel free to leave it in the comments. I love trying new things in the kitchen, so please share your favorites!
