With four kids I am always look for easy and fun treats! With Easter just around the corner, we decided to make Easter Egg cups with the Super Snack Pack in Vanilla and Chocolate, coconut (that we dyed green with food coloring), crushed Oreos, egg candies and marshmallow bunnies and chicks. Four cups took like 10 minutes to put together and my kids were IN LOVE with them when they got home from school.

I made the cups two ways. Two of them were layered with the crushed up Oreo, coconut on top, eggs and marshmallow. The other two were just as-is and layered with crushed Oreo on top, then the coconut, eggs and marshmallow. Both tasted really good, so it is up to you if you want to layer them or not. On the ones that I layered with the Oreos, I smeared the rim of the pudding cup with pudding before adding the coconut so when I added the coconut it stuck to the edges as well. Both ways turned out great!

These Easter Egg Cups are so fun! They are perfect for parties, treats, or even to give as gifts to friends! But a baggie around it and tie it at the top and you have a perfect “neighbor” treat.

The cups that the Snack Pack come in are perfect! The lids are easy to take off (and fun to lick clean, so my kids say 😉 ) and the Super pack are the perfect size for my older kids. I also love that you get 6 cups in the bigger pack, because there are 6 of us in our family. The cups that the pudding come in are clear and strong so you can add a variety of mixins for an easy yummy treat anytime! Another great thing that I love is that the cups contain the same amount of calcium as an 8oz glass of milk! My oldest isn’t much of a milk drinker so this is a great tasty way to get her the calcium she needs without a fight.

The marshmallows were easy to stick in and the pudding made it so they didn’t fall out. The combination of the chocolate and vanilla pudding, coconut, Oreo, and candy was really good! You can have your kids make their own Easter Egg Cup, just put the ingredients in prep bowls for them and let them have fun!

Next time you are at Walmart, be sure to look for the Super Snack Pack Pudding cups – they have 60% more pudding per cup and they come in packages of 6. I also love the shelf life – you can get them and keep them for about 6-8 months – which is perfect for this mamma who loves to fill her pantry.

I found them back by the soda and close to the dairy in my Walmart store- in this great display.
