2016 Kia Optima SX Turbo Review

A couple of weeks ago I had the 2016 Kia Optima SX Turbo to drive around for a few days. First off, I have to tell you how much fun this car is to drive. It has good pickup, and it is very comfortable. The sleek design combined with the interior and exterior features combine together to being you the best Optima yet. A few of my favorite features are the keyless entry (and the smart entry with the push of a button without having to dig keys out of your purse or pocket), surround/rear camera display and touch screen, smart trunk open (stand by the truck for about 5 seconds with the key in your pocket or purse and it opens on its own – so nice when your hands are full), and the panoramic sunroof. I didn’t realize how much I loved sunroofs until recently, now I want one in my own car!

The 2016 Kia Optima is a Kelley Blue Book Award Winner this year, and it has earned that in every way. The updated style with aerodynamic curves and redesign of the iconic Tiger nose grill will get your attention As you walk up to the door, open it and sit down in the drivers seat, you will feel like you are home. The steering wheel is designed with comfort in mind. I love the grip and the setup of the steering wheel controls. The heated steering wheel came in very handy over the time I had it and was used often. I also loved the shifting paddles on the steering wheel. The center console is setup to meet comfort and still provide complete functionality. With USB charging ports, aux port, 12V ports and more! The seats are comfortable with a 12-Way Power-Adjustable Driver’s Seat and 4-way Power Lumbar Support. It is packed with all of the things I never knew I always wanted! lol. You will not be left wanting in this car – it will give you want you want and need.

The back seats are functional with the 60/40 Split Folding Rear Seat w/Center Armrest & Adjustable Rear Headrests. This is nice if you need to transport larger items or have quick access to the trunk. I love the dual chrome exhaust tips and the alloy wheels and tires. The lighted handles and mirrors as you go near the car with the keys so you can see to get in. Honestly just so many things that it is hard to list them all.
