Having your makeup/face painting done really makes all the difference in a good costume, but sometimes it can be hard to think about what you want until you have seen some ideas for inspiration. There are really great ideas here, that could even fill in as a costume with some simple accessories.
We found a fun collection that can be used at parties, events, Comic-cons, etc and they all look great. My kids like doing these just for fun, so we try and practice when we can to get good at our favorites. Be sure you are using good face painting supplies and appropriate eye makeup so you don’t hurt your eyes or get an infection. You can also get stick-on body jewels for fairly inexpensive and they add a lot to any face painting.
