One of the hottest gifts this holiday season is a hoverboard. For obvious reasons, they are just unbelievably awesome. We had the privilege of testing a Swagtron T5 hoverboard out and sharing our experience with you. I know that after watching our video, you are going to want to get one for your kids. They are so fun to ride on, and not only does it encourage outdoor play and activity, but it helps them learn balance, control, and movement.
When I took the T5 out of the box I was blown away by how heavy it is. I could tell right away that it was made to last. The tires are nice with lots of tread and the pedals look and feel like they will be able to provide my kids with hours and hours of entertainment and fun. The board charges up in a few hours and it is good to ride again. Each pedal is independent from the other. Pressing forward makes you go forward and leaning back makes you go back. Do only one side to go in a circle, or do both and the same time to move forward or backward. You can apply different amounts of pressure for different speeds. Learning to balance on the board might take some getting used to, but once you learn how you will have a great time playing around with all of the different ways to control it.

I always see these and all I can think about is busting my face trying to ride one! Practice makes perfect maybe?
Oh man, these are all the rage. I think bigger kids would get a kick out of this. My little guys will have to do some more growing up first. 🙂
I see kids going by the house on these sometimes. I think they look fun.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I know that my kids are going to love it. I think it would be a lot of fun too!
