SONIC Drive-Inn Limeaids for Learning + $25 Gift Card Giveaway

I partnered with SONIC to bring you this information. All opinions are my own. I love SONIC Drive-Inn! It is one of my families favorite places to go for delicious eats and drinks. I also love that they support great causes like SONIC’s Limeades for Learning.  Right now it is open for the 10th annual Fall Voting so you can vote to help SONIC allocate its $1 million donation throughout the month of October!

You can show your support for a public school teacher by voting for projects that matter to you. Throughout the campaign, SONIC will distribute $1 million to public teachers across the country. Anyone can make a difference and positively impact public schools in their communities, without spending a dime! Projects with the most votes at the end of each week will receive funding while remaining projects get a chance to be fulfilled the following week as votes roll over.

Here are a couple of teacher projects on the Limeades for Learning site that needs donations that we have found to vote for. There are so many. Take a few minutes to browse through them and vote for your favorites. It is literally llife-changing to most of these teachers to be able to get the funding they need for these projects.

I love paying it forward and helping others as I am sure many of you do as well. Don’t forget to also head over to DonorsChoose.org where you can donate fund to help teachers with projects they need funded. Recognizing public school teachers needed more support, SONIC Drive-In partnered with DonorsChoose.org ten years ago.

I was able to go donate funds through the DonorsChoose.org site to help some local teachers and it is very exciting to know that I was able to help them reach their goals and meet some of the needs in their classroom. I volunteer in my kids’ classes so I know these teachers, and both of my parents taught for years as well so I really know everything that the teachers do and sacrifice for their classrooms.

Be sure to look for projects in your area and vote for them and donate to them so these teachers can get the help they need! During the voting period, Monday, Oct. 1, through Sunday, Oct. 28, SONIC encourages everyone to visit LimeadesForLearning.com and vote daily on specific teacher projects that inspire them. There are four ways to earn votes for teacher projects throughout the Fall Voting campaign:

• Vote once daily after signing up with a valid email address
• Visit a SONIC Drive-In to get a bag sticker code worth two votes
• Vote ten times to receive two extra votes via email
• Share on social media to earn two extra votes

This is simple and doesn’t take much time and will help the teacher dramatically. Limeades for Learning® is a national award-winning initiative to support U.S. public school teachers in local communities. Since the launch of SONIC’s Limeades for Learning philanthropic campaign in partnership with DonorsChoose.org, SONIC has donated $10.4 million to public school teachers and impacted over 600,000 students nationwide to fund essential learning materials and innovative teaching resources to inspire creativity and learning in today’s youth.
