For the Slow Cooker Sweet Onion and Gargonzola Chicken Recipe we used only 5 ingredients in the slow cooker – super easy to put it together. I took 6-7 boneless – skinless chicken breasts and put them in the slow cooker and then added about 3/4 of the bottle of the Litehouse Sweet Onion dressing and about 1 TBSP of the Litehouse Garlic. Then I added a 16 oz container of Ricotta cheese and spread it over the top. You will want to add about 1/2 – 1 cup of chicken stock as well since this will be your sauce for the pasta. Put it all in the slow cooker and cook it on high (stirring occasionally) for about 3-4 hours or on low for about 7 hours. The chicken will be tender and almost just fall apart. The sauce is delicious as well.

About 15 minutes before you are ready to serve you will want to prepare a 1 lb package of noddles. I used fettuccine and they turned out great. Once you get the noodles cooked – you will want to add a smear of the sauce on the plate, then add a pile of the noddles and then the chicken and drizzle sauce around it. One you have that, drizzle a little of the Sweet Onion dressing and then top with the Gargonzola cheese. It turned out so good! Everyone at the table cleaned their plates 🙂 This was easy to make and it looks like you spent hours in the kitchen cooking. Enjoy!
