Planning a menu can be a tedious task. That’s why I would like to help you if I can! Here is what we have on our menu this week. I try and use the sales or items we have in our stockpile as much as I can, and then we can use items we stock up on this week for future menus. I don’t plan anything specific for one day, but rather just plan out 7 of each breakfast, lunch and dinner then choose something off the list that sounds the best. I even make substitutions if we have something that needs to be used or if we go out to eat. Be flexible and willing to try new things. I have been really surprised at what I like now that I didn’t like even 5 years ago.
