Peach glazed pork roast recipe
I love to cook – and I love to use my slow cooker. I am getting a bit adventurous in my old young age ๐ and wanted to try adding peaches to the pork roast I was making. I am sure this has been done a hundred and one times over but I hadn’t ever tried it or cooked it before and wanted to give it a go. The results were fabulous. In fact – this is one time where we didn’t have any left overs. ๐
Here is my recipe for Peach Glazed Pork Roast. If you try it, please come back and let me know what you think!
Ingredients
- 2-3 lb Pork Roast
- 3-4 Peaches
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cinnamon and sugar (mixed) or 1/8 cup of each
- 1 lb bag of mini carrots
Instructions
- Place pork roast in slow cooker.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon/sugar, carrots and sliced peaches in slow cooker and mix o that everything is coated.
- Cook on med-high heat (for 4-5 hours) or low heat (for 6-7 hours).
- Serve with rolls and green salad.

Doesn’t really look like something I would enjoy. But my family isn’t really picky so you never know, we’ll usually try new food.
