We received a mattress for review. All opinions are my own. My bedroom is like a retreat to me. A place where I can go and relax and take time away from my busy day-to-day life. I love my couch and chair that are in my room, but my bed is really what I look to when I want to relax – especially if it bedtime. Having the right kind of mattress makes a world of difference in how you sleep, how your body feels and how rested you are. Our mattress is several years old, and so I knew it was time to start looking for a new one when we rearranged our bedroom a couple weeks ago. I came across the Nectar Sleep Mattress and loved everything I read about it, so I knew that I wanted to try the NECTAR Sleep memory foam mattress and see the differences for myself.
After deciding on a new memory foam mattress, it was shipped to me and showed up on my porch within just a few days. Fair warning – it is pretty heavy – so make sure you have help lifting it to where you want it to go. My husband and I got it into our bedroom, removed our old mattress and set the Nectar package on the box spring. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the reusable bag that it came in and to use the provided cutter to cut the plastic and get it spread out.
Once we had it where we wanted it, we used the cutter one more time to remove the last layer of plastic and the NECTAR mattress inflated within seconds. It also came with two pillows -which took several hours to go to regular size. I would recommend doing this first thing in the morning so that it is all ready to go by bedtime. You may also choose to let it sit for a couple of days to “air out” before putting any bedding on it.
With the mattress setup, we couldn’t wait to try it out. Even my kids were coming in taking turns getting comfortable and then complaining because they didn’t want to move. FOREVER WARRANTY That is wonderful and I love it. Being a parent, or a single parent like myself, you have to be careful what you buy. A mattress is a big decision and commitment. Because if it doesn’t work out, more often than not, you are STUCK with it. That happens way to often. I shamefully admit it has happened to me.
But to find a company that has a warranty that includes the word forever in it? and to see they have a 365 night trial? What a wonderful thing. I have read lots and lots of reviews of mattresses that are great for the first couple months but right at that moment you cant return it? BAM!! It gives out!!!!!! That is a scary thing to read on a review!!!!
I have had the same FULL SIZE mattress for years now and it was way past 15 years old when I got it lol. I need rest!! I need one good nights sleep. I am exhausted!! I love my kid more than life itself and being a mom is worth every sleepless night for sure. But when I do get to lay my head down I NEED it to count!! It does not count on the mattress I have now.
