I love traveling. I prefer to travel with my family, but I go on business trips that require I travel alone. I love getting out and seeing the world (or at least parts of the US, lol) but it can be really hard on my schedule and routine. Because of this, I have learned ways to help me in mind and body, cope with the rigors of traveling. Having a routine helps me so much at home, and if you travel a lot, regardless of age, a routine can really help you feel better and get you out doing what you love. Because it can be hard to stick to a routine while traveling, I love using things like a planner to schedule my time, the Nature Made Daily Boost program to help keep me on track and working out to give me more energy.

I find sticking to a routine so important when traveling. It keeps the kids on a schedule so they sleep better.

Traveling takes a lot out of person. Everything changes...where you eat, sleep and how active you are. Keeping a healthy routine while you travel can help keep consistency in the area we can control.
