First, you will want to take your chicken and rinse it. Then you will put it in the slow cooker.
Next, you will add the garlic. (optional to add sliced carrots and onion here as well)
Now you will add the seasonings. (lemon pepper to taste)
Then slice a lemon and lay the slices on top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
I added about 1/2 cup of water to the bottom to keep it from sticking to the edges. I also rotated the chicken about every 45 minutes, but you don't have to do that unless you are home.
Once you have everything in (it should take about 5-10 minutes to prep), turn your slow cooker on, put the lid on and let the magic happen :)
Cook on hi for 3-4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours).
